Set in mature grounds of 5,000 sq metres, access is via electric gates leading to a long sweeping drive and parking for several cars. The garden has several large citrus, fig, olive and carob trees as well as a range of established shrubs providing colour throughout the year. It has a secluded 10m x 5m pool in a walled and gated area, covered terraces and a separate covered barbecue area, making it ideal for outdoor relaxing and dining.
From its hillside position Monte Palmeiras has views extending over gardens and countryside to the sea in the distance. A very large, feature, open plan living area has 2 lounges and dining area. An outdoor dining table and 8 chairs on the first floor terrace is accessed via patio doors opening from the main lounge and dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a self-catering holiday home in the sun, including washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster etc.
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the main floor (one double, and 2 with 2 single beds) all with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes.
If required, a 4th bedroom with separate entrance and en-suite bathroom has single beds that can sleep a further 2 adults + child for an additional charge.
Guests have exclusive access to the villa and its grounds. All towels and linen are provided (except beach/pool towels). Maid service is included to clean and change the towels mid-week and, for longer stays, towels and linen weekly. Our local agent is based in Alvor and will be on hand should you require any assistance during your stay.
As non-smokers we ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa. Also, please note that pets are not allowed.
Ideally located close to Penina, Morgado and Alamos golf courses, Monte Palmeiras is only a 10-15 minute drive to the sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and evening entertainment of Portimao, Alvor and Praia da Rocha. The historic town of Lagos is 18 km or approx. 20 minutes away.
A car is essential.
